日本心理學協(xié)會(JPA)成立于1927年4月7日，是一個學術組織。作為日本歷史最悠久的全國性心理協(xié)會，我們通過包括學術研究人員和專業(yè)從業(yè)者在內的會員基礎，為日本心理活動的發(fā)展做出了貢獻。2011年4月1日，經(jīng)內閣辦公室批準成立公益法人協(xié)會。截至2012年3月底，我們的會員總數(shù)為7411人。自成立以來，我們繼續(xù)舉辦學術會議，出版會員名錄和主要學術期刊《日本心理學雜志》。我們還出版了一本英文期刊《日本心理學研究》和一本具有啟發(fā)性和知識性的雜志《心理學世界》。我們的其他活動包括認證心理學家、公開講座、公開研討會、為注冊心理學家舉辦的工作坊，以及向杰出的研究人員頒發(fā)獎項。作為我們致力于國際交流的一部分，自1951年第13屆國際心理學大會在斯德哥爾摩召開以來，我們一直是國際心理科學聯(lián)盟(lUPsyS)的國家成員。1972年在東京舉辦了第20屆國際心理學大會，1990年在京都舉辦了第22屆國際應用心理學大會，都取得了很大的成功。第31屆國際心理學大會(ICP2016)將于2016年7月24日至29日在橫濱舉行。在國內，我們通過與日本心理協(xié)會聯(lián)合會的其他心理相關協(xié)會的交流，探討教育課程和認證問題。

The Japanese Psychological Association (JPA) was founded as an academic organization on April 7, 1927. As the oldest national psychological association in Japan, we have contributed to the development of Japanese psychological activities through a membership base that includes both academic researchers and professional practitioners.On April 1, 2011, we became a Public Interest Incorporated Association under the approval of the Cabinet Office. Our total number of members stood at 7,411 as of the end of March 2012. Since our foundation, we have continued to conduct academic conferences and publish membership directories and our main academic journal, The Japanese Journal of Psychology. We also publish an English language journal Japanese Psychological Research and an enlightening informative magazine Psychology World. Our other activities include certification of Certified Psychologists, public lectures, public symposiums, workshops for Certified Psychologists, and awarding prizes to outstanding research.As part of our commitment to international exchange, we have been a National Member of the International Union of Psychological Science (lUPsyS) since the 13th International Congress of Psychology was held in Stockholm in 1951. We organized the 20th International Congress of Psychology in Tokyo in 1972 and the 22nd International Congress of Applied Psychology in Kyoto in 1990, both of which were very successful. And the 31st International Congress of Psychology (ICP2016) will be held from July 24 through 29, 2016, in Yokohama.Domestically, we discuss educational curriculum and certification issues through exchanges with other psychology related associations in the Japan Union of Psychological Associations.
