?Pathobiologyí offers a valuable forum for high quality original research into the pathophysiological and pathogenetic mechanisms underlying human disease. Aiming to serve as a bridge between basic biomedical research and clinical medicine, the journal welcomes articles from scientific areas such as pathology, oncology, anatomy, virology, internal medicine, surgery, cell and molecular biology, and immunology. Published bimonthly, the journal features original research papers, reviews, short communications and editorials. Papers highlighting the clinical relevance of pathological data are encouraged. A special section will be devoted to reports on methodological improvements, and in the ?International Forumí section current or controversial issues will be discussed by specialists in the field.
